I’ve found Everfitt’s client-centered focus to strength training enormously beneficial. The initial assessment which identified my needs and goals and the targeted exercise plan developed by Katie set the stage for my building strength.
I chose to work in a group setting with Trish supervising, each of us works through our own individual program. She ensures that the exercises are done correctly so that we remain injury free.
On an ongoing basis, she tweaks my exercise plan so that I continue to be challenged. As a result, after a year at Everfitt, I’m stronger and my muscles more balanced.
An additional benefit are the supportive personal relationships that develop in the sessions. It’s a happy place.
